5-Week Mindfulness Course

Beginning THURSDAY 3RD NOVEMBER @ 7PM via ZOOM.

The 5-week course consists of one 1-hour session each week, delivered via Zoom by Kelly Macdonald, a qualified mindfulness practitioner. This mindfulness course for “Everyday Living” is a gentle introduction into what mindfulness is, and how we can all cultivate a little more mindfulness in our daily lives. Scientific research shows its many benefits, from reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. To improving self-regulation, sleep, resilience, and overall better physical and mental health.
