About Kelly

Kelly Macdonald is a qualified mindfulness practitioner, approved by the British Psychological Society. Kelly currently works within an Additional Support for Learning department at an independent school in Edinburgh. Prior to working in the education sector, she spent years competing and representing her country at several World and major Championships. Winning a silver medal at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and representing Team GB at the London 2012 Olympic Games. After retiring from elite sport in 2018, she found Mindfulness to be a powerful tool, and is delighted to be sharing this with others today. Kelly feels passionately about making a real difference to the lives of those she works with and is full of gratitude for the opportunity to be supporting others in growing their mindfulness toolbox.
