The iCan programme

is a free holistic therapy course

aimed at people living with

cancer and beyond.



This iCan programme shares what Mindfulness has to offer: a way to face cancer and support the process.


It holds the possibility of enriching one’s life, by being a helpful tool in coping with cancer related symptoms and beneficial in reducing physical and mental stress.
